I rarely write reviews but since I read some reviews claiming the nuts were not fresh, I wanted to let people know that these Brazil Nuts are the best I have had. The resealable pouch was not resealable, but I did not buy the nuts for the pouch. Easy enough to put in a container.

Love the nuts
Love the nuts. They are large and very tasty. I took off one star as though the bag appears to be resealable, the one I received was not. I then had to transfer the nuts to an airtight container rather than leaving them in the heavy duty bag they came in. Maybe my nuts came in a bad batch of bags. Despite the bag issue, the nuts are high quality and I will likely order more from this company.

Update:The bad nuts are becoming more and more common. I’m having to spit a lot of them out. Because of this, they are the great value I thought they were.Original:I wanted Brazil nuts, after learning they are good for my thyroid. I looked around and the value of these blew everyone else out of the water. I will occasionally get a nut that isn’t good but it is real rare. I had to put most of them in my freezer to stop myself from eating multiple handfuls a day. LOL

I remember as a child we used to get Brazil Nuts all the time, but I haven’t been able to find any locally to purchase. I love the taste, plus they have many health benefits. Good product poor packging
The product was good however most of the Brazil nuts were small. Not much bigger than a cashew. The big disappointment was the packaging. It had a ziplock device on it which was inoperable. Upon opening it I had to transfer the product to another container for storage.

Wow! So that’s what FRESH RAW BRAZIL nuts taste like!!! Most store packs are rancid…
Packaging was different, not a biggie. Was just overjoyed when I tasted them. They taste great, none of that rancid “i’ve been sat here on the store shelf for two years here before you buy them.”. This is great and what a great great price. I recommend you try them. Remember – only two or three a day otherwise it’s too much in the long term. (Selenium builds up and then you need to see a toxicologist)

Incredible value
It’s two pounds of Brazil nuts. They taste amazing. It seems like a great value, but there is a warning for proposition 65 on it. I’m glad they put the warning as required by California laws; however, I wish I knew what potentially cancer causing chemicals the product was exposed to.
