Moringa is called Malunggay in the Philippines. Malunggay is rich in vitamins and it is a vegetable.I like to Moringa fresh leaves to “ Tinola soup Chicken” and it can be mixed with all kinds of dishes. Moringa has many vitamins, When I cook vegetables and dishes I like to have Moringa. You can buy fresh – not powder- Moring at Asian Store-Filipino stores. There are a lot of health benefits with flaxseeds, and these were exactly as described, however, be careful with your dental work, I had to use a coffee grinder because the full seed kept getting into my gums, but that’s just a personal issue. Also, I read that your body absorbs them better if they are ground. But I like the idea of grounding them myself as I go.

I like that this product does not require for duration. I like that this product is USDA certified organic. I like that this product has been lab tested for other contaminants. I’m always worried about that with supplements over the Internet! And you do have to be careful. This product when open smells exactly like wheatgrass powder and smells amazing! it taste like your drinking liquid grass and less you place it into some other type of smoothie or drink, etc. So I don’t like taking it by itself, but it is amazing added to other things (smoothies, fruit bowls, yogurts etc). I can easily do a tablespoon and a 32 ounce water container along with my “morning kick by Roundhouse provisions.“ It’s a delicious combination. Could also combine it with some fresh lemon juice, cucumber and ice. Overall very happy with this product and its packaging. It’s very easily resealable.

Robust, great flavor garlic
The last garlic I bought was ground so fine and difficult to shake out of the shaker, I sought garlic granules, I’m very grateful I did because this has a robust flavor! To help anyone know the flavor I prefer, I really like garlic I buy at Aldi’s, I’ve heard Aldi’s spices are rebranded from McCormick’s but can’t say for certain. If you like Aldi’s garlic, I recommend this. Not the same flavor, still good stuff.Hope my comparison helps others decide.

I love moringa, it is the tree of life and I feel I really need it, there is a bitter aftertaste and has a tendency to make your food taste bitter, but as long as my body is getting the nutrients I can live with bitter taste, also you need a power whisk to get it to blend into your drinks.
