I was like a skinny loser kid getting sand kicked in his face at the playground until I started using. And I don’t mean vitamins, I mean “vitamins” if you know what I’m saying.It was like I could not be stopped: no sleep, no fear, no appetite, just straight-up crank. I could grab a necklace and run for blocks. Eat glass. That level.Anyway, after hitting rock-bottom and doing a short stretch at County, I’m getting my yoga teacher certificate and taking B-12. Seems to work.

I have autoimmune disorder. B-12 injections and capsules do not absorb. I started taking this sublingual 3 months ago when my B-12 was 377 in my blood test. After having a retest my B-12 was at 700. It is an amazing life saving supplement. Absorbtion is the key.

Hair thinning help
My pharmacist advised the 5,000 sublingualwould help my hair thinning due to the Metformin I take. The Metformin doesn’t cause the thinning but does not allow my body to absorb the B12. It takes a few weeks but I have noticed a very big difference.

The kind the nerve Doctor recommends
The two things that set this one above the rest is Methylcobalamin is the one recommended by the nerve doctors & it desolves under the tongue. Some people loose the ability to absorb B12 through the stomach. I like taking this last in my supplement regiment as it is a reward with a slight sweet taste.

I got these many months ago when my usual brand of sublingual methylcobalamin ran out seemed to be out of stock everywhere. This is what I noticed immediately: These are much less expensive, and they dissolve much faster. In my opinion, they also taste better. The pills are a little larger than those of my previous brand, but that’s not a problem for me; they’re still pretty small. But the big question for me was whether they worked, and that’s why I delayed this review for months until I saw my doctor and had a blood test. They work! I’m sticking with this brand.

Good flavor but melt slowly in the mouth
The flavor of these pills is extremely good. However, they melt relatively slowly under the tongue, more like a sugar tablet than a more typical sublingual one. Nevertheless, they are a good buy and we’ll get them again when we run out.

My sports doctor recommended this very product to me. It’s well priced, dissolves easily sublingually and most importantly has made marked improvements as shown on bloodwork. Keep under tongue for 30 seconds and try not to swallow, it’ll be fully dissolved.

It works
Good flavour. Within 20 days of using it (twice a day – 1 morning and 1 night after meal) blood B12 levels shot up from below 200pg/mL to above 1000pg/mL. It takes about 30 to 45 secs to melt under the tongue. It may make you thirsty probably because of hygroscopic nature of material used in it. I highly recommend this product.

My lab result showed they were absorbed and raised blood B-12
Despite taking “super Vitamin B-Complex” for several years my blood B-12 was on the low side. Likely from poor absorption. Advised to try sublingual B-12. I went from 258 to 1,600 pg/ml in four months taking 1,000 and 5,000 mcg daily. This overshot the desired range and I’ve cut back to the 1,000/day.

They dont dissolve
The instructions state to hold them under your tongue for 30 seconds. I have held them under my tongue for up to 2 minutes and they still don’t dissolve. I find the flavor overly sweet but bearable. I have not had them long enough to tell if they are doing what they are supposed to do for my health.

Used to replace B-12 injections
My elderly father tend to be low on B-12 and was getting monthly injections. As he gets older, outings are getting harder, so he switched to the pills to avoid taking a drive to get an injection. Blood tests prove that his B-12 levels are holding steady with the oral route versus injections.

Used to only buy GNC B12 lozenges because they are the most potent. However, these aren’t bad, they’re a lot cheaper and there’s 400 of them in a bottle. GNC is still the top but these come through quite well

It’s natural, not synthetic!
I guess many of you know that, but after studying it in detail, it lacks the cyanide molecule that’s in the synthetic formula. For it’s defense, it is also shelf stable longer. So I would presume keeping it out of the sun and cool would be a better choice. I research a lot simply because half of what you read is 3 times removed sponsored chatter from the very maker’s of all that is out there. This one I admit I did not know.

I need to warn people.
I need to warn people to be careful not to get confused wit this product, just recently I came to realize that it looks exaclty like Melatonin 5 mg, that I also purchased from Amazon, I don recall ever seen 2 products that have exactly the same appearance not sure if there are regulations regarding this.
